Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then your parcel ships with tracking.

Write to us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can change or cancel it. Once it has, we cannot stop it, but you can still withdraw from the purchase after delivery. Contact

No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your addresses and shows your past orders.

Delivery is free in Greece and the rest of the EU. We also deliver to a few countries outside the EU for a flat fee. Shipping and delivery

Not within the EU: orders for Europe are made and shipped inside the EU. Outside the EU, your local customs may charge import taxes or duties on delivery. These are paid by the recipient.

Different pieces are sometimes made in different places. When that happens they travel separately, at no extra cost to you.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason, even though your piece was made to order. Returns and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot swap sizes directly. Return the piece and place a new order for the size you need. The size guide on each product page lists real garment measurements.

Please write to us within a few days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost. You are also covered by the two-year legal guarantee.

Embroidered on most pieces. Each product page says which.

Some are made with organic cotton, and the product page says exactly what is certified and what is not. We don't use general words like "eco" or "sustainable", because they don't tell you anything you can check.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout, usually cards and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, with delivery shown before you confirm your order.

Every order receives a legal receipt. If you need an invoice for a business, tell us your company details and VAT number when you order, in the order notes, or write to us straight after.
