Who is responsible for the safety of our products, and how to tell us about a problem.

Each product page lists the product identifier, fibre composition, intended users and any warnings, under "Product safety".

Report a safety concern

If you think one of our products is unsafe, please stop using it and write to us at [Add contact email in St. Delphine > Settings] with your order number, a description and a photo. We answer safety reports first.

Recalls and safety notices

There are currently no recalls or safety notices for our products. If there ever are, they will be published here and we will contact affected customers directly.
