Returns and refunds

Every piece is made to order, but it is not made to your personal specifications, so you keep your full right to change your mind. You have 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision with a clear statement. The quickest way is our online withdrawal form, which sends you an acknowledgement straight away: Withdraw from contract here.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
Sending the items back
Please send the items back without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day you told us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send them before the 14 days have passed. Return address: [Add postal address in St. Delphine > Settings].
You pay the direct cost of returning the items. We recommend a tracked service.
You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items more than is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, the way you would in a shop. Please try pieces on, but do not wash, wear out or remove the labels.
Your refund
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard delivery, we refund only the cost of the standard option.
Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot swap sizes directly. Withdraw from the piece that does not fit and order the size you need.
Faulty or damaged items: your legal guarantee
Everything we sell is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery, under Greek law 4967/2022 and EU Directive 2019/771. If a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described, you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or a full refund. A defect that appears within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery.

If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will do our best to put it right. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman, an independent body for out-of-court dispute resolution (synigoroskatanaloti.gr), or to the consumer authority or courts of your country.
