Shipping and delivery
Free delivery in Greece and the EU. Every piece is made to order, then shipped with tracking.
How long it takes
Your pieces are made after you order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Then the parcel travels to you. The times below include both, counted in business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after your order.

These are estimates from our production partner and the carriers, not guarantees. Busy periods such as December can add a few days. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Where we deliver
Greece, every other EU country, and the non-EU countries listed above. We do not yet deliver to the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland, because we have not set up the VAT arrangements those countries require.
Customs outside the EU
Orders for addresses outside the EU leave from the EU. Your country may charge import taxes, duties or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, paid by the recipient, and not included in our prices.
Tracking
When your parcel ships we email you the tracking link. If your order contains several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels. Track your order
Address problems and lost parcels
Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to us straight away: we can correct it only before production starts. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
